A new paradigm for the next century: The task oriented job market

چکیده
In a society that becomes more and more integrated with the technology and its benefits, the changes can be noted everywhere, including on the job market. When the society becomes more digital, the same happens with the jobs and employs, and while the technology brings to us new necessities, it also provides the ways we can reach them. Things like Telework and Telecommuting are going to be common ways of work on the near future and have been used nowadays. But all this connected legion requires a new way of interaction and market approach, a way that can be provided from Holonic Manufaturing studies, specially the Holonic Manufacturing Systems Architecture called PROSA. A job market organized under this architecture can act beyond the single company limitations, aggregating all resources it needs to satisfy some new necessity or market requirements. When a new necessity is discovered, a high number of small, lean and independent companies that interact under digital ways can join efforts to solve them, acting just like a single big company, and after the job have finished, each company follows its own way, looking for another task. This structure provides the benefits of the Holonic System: stability under the unpredictable situations, flexibility in face of changes, and the optimum use of the available resources. The ways on how the Holonic architecture can organize that new job market are the objective of the present study.
